At Custom Paints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable art. If your unique fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom tags and protective seals remain intact.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our studio inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
